Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your membership or booking at any time. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. If you cancel after attending your first class or using any part of your membership or package, no refund will be issued.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered if:

• You accidentally made a duplicate payment.
• You purchased a membership but have not attended any class or used any part of the service.

All refund requests are reviewed individually, and the final decision will be made by Samsara Yoga Studio.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone with:

• Your full name
• Registered mobile number or email address
• Payment details or transaction reference
• Reason for your request

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days, although the exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Delayed Refunds

If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but the amount has not appeared in your account, please:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your bank or payment provider, as refunds may take a few additional business days to appear.
